How six coworking spaces across Europe brought hands-on AI coaching to their teams and members.
In 2026 Otakar coached the teams and members of six coworking spaces in Portugal, Spain, Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands. Founders, community managers, marketers, operations leads and freelancers, from first prompts to their first agents.
Six coworking spaces, five countries
Every group brought different work, so every session went somewhere different.
OneCoWork, Barcelona, Spain (April 2026): A 1-on-1 with the marketing manager on catching up with what has changed in AI, and where it fits in her work.
Nazaré Coworking, Nazaré, Portugal (May 2026): An open session for the community on shaping AI around the way each person works and creates.
Leap Berlin, Berlin, Germany (May 2026): A workshop for members: finding the repetitive tasks AI can take over, and a realistic path to get there.
Resident Zürich, Zurich, Switzerland (June 2026): A 1-on-1 with the operations lead on using AI in their processes, followed by a first map of their booking process drafted by an AI agent.
Startdock, Amsterdam, Netherlands (August 2026, online): A 1-on-1 on restructuring the Gems behind their Startup Visa Program.
Social Impact Factory, Utrecht, Netherlands (August 2026): A session for the team: prompt-writing assistants and custom Gems for everyday work.
How it works
Book a discovery call: 30 minutes to map your needs: who the coaching is for, and what they work on every day.
In person
We schedule coaching sessions with your team, in person at your coworking space.
Otakar arrives and runs the coaching. Several sessions are recommended. Everyone brings real work, and we solve it live on screen. Notes, prompts and recordings stay on the Safari Learning Platform.
Otakar stays a few days in your space afterwards. Your team can drop by with questions any time while he is there.
We continue the coaching online.

We schedule a series of coaching sessions with your team.
Your team attends the sessions. At least 3 to 4 sessions are needed for a real impact. Everyone brings real work, and we solve it live on screen.
Refresher sessions once in a while. AI tools change fast. Short refreshers keep your team up to date.
